Airport and hotel pickups

For operators whose bookings arrive as messages, days ahead, and who deliver the car to an airport, a hotel or a villa.

What goes wrong

The slow part is not the driving. It is the twenty messages a day that each need a date, a car and a price worked out by hand, usually while you are standing next to a different car. And the cost of taking a car across town is the part that gets forgotten.

What DriveFlow does about it

Requests arrive ready to book
A request lands on Today with the dates, the number, the car they asked for and where they want it. Book it fills the booking in, and nothing is booked without you.
Delivery areas with their own fee
Mark each place you will take a car to on a map, with a distance around it, a delivery fee (or free) and the shortest rental you will deliver for. Each area can carry a note for your staff, such as where to meet. Your booking link offers only those areas, so nobody can ask for a drop-off you do not do.
A booking link for your bio
Customers send a request with their dates, the car they want and the delivery area, without messaging you first.

Where it stops

  • The booking link takes requests, not payment.
  • The booking page your customers see is in English for now.

Where this is common

  • Kuala Lumpur: For handovers at the airport or a hotel, with a fee for each place you deliver to.
  • Johor Bahru: For short rentals handed over at the airport, a hotel or a station.
  • Penang: For guests who book ahead and expect the car to be brought to them.
  • Kota Kinabalu: For visitors who arrive by air and want the car waiting.
  • Bali: Messages from visitors, delivery to a villa or hotel, a fee for each area.
  • Dubai: For tourist rentals booked by message and delivered to a hotel or the airport.
