What stays true on every plan
- Priced by cars, not users
- Not per login and not per booking. The number on your bill is the one you already think in: how many cars you run.
- Your data is never deleted
- Whatever happens to your plan, nothing you entered goes. Cars over a limit go read-only but stay searchable and exportable, and a rental already running always finishes.
- Viewer logins are free
- Your accountant or a partner who only needs to look gets a viewer login. On a paid plan it never takes one of your seats.
- Cancel any time
- No contract to sign. Stop when you want to, and your records stay where they are.
Questions owners ask
What counts as a car?
Every car on your fleet that is not archived. Sold a car or taken it off the road? Archive it and it stops counting. Its rentals, payments and receipts stay in your books.
I am on Starter and add an 11th car. What happens?
It goes in. Every paid plan gives you one car of room above its limit, so a busy week never stops you at the counter. The car after that asks you to move up to Growth.
Can my staff see my margins?
No. Someone with the Staff role can take bookings, hand cars over and take payments without seeing what each car makes. You pick each person’s role when you invite them, so only the people you choose see the money.
What happens when the 30 days are up?
You choose a plan. Nothing you entered is lost.
Do you take payments from my customers?
No. Your customers pay you the way they do now, in cash or by transfer, and you record it in the app. DriveFlow never touches that money.
Is there an Android app?
Not yet. DriveFlow is on iPhone today, and Android is next.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, up or down. Going down never deletes anything: cars over the new limit go read-only, stay searchable and can still be exported, and a rental that is already out always finishes.
What currency am I charged in?
US dollars, at the prices on this page. In the iPhone app, Apple charges you in your local currency, worked out by Apple from the US dollar price.
