Running a rental fleet in Bali
Almost all demand in Bali is visitors, booked days or weeks ahead, often in a language you do not share, and expecting the car to arrive where they are staying.
Paperwork that expires
Your phone reminds you a week before each one expires, and the Today screen lists anything expiring in the next 30 days.

What tends to go wrong here
- Delivery is part of the job
- Villa and hotel delivery is expected, and the distance varies a lot. Add each area you cover with its own fee and the shortest rental you will deliver for. Your booking link offers only those areas, so nobody asks for a free two-hour round trip.
- Language
- The app runs in Bahasa Indonesia. The booking page your visitors see is in English for now.
Ways of renting that fit here
- Airport and hotel pickups: Messages from visitors, delivery to a villa or hotel, a fee for each area.
- Your first few cars: A handful of cars, booked through WhatsApp and a notebook.
