A week with DriveFlow

The same week you have now. You just stop finding things out late.

  1. Monday

    A request lands on Today

Someone asked for an Axia from Friday to Sunday through your booking link. It waits at the top of Today with their dates, their number and the car they asked for. Tap Book it, and the booking is filled in for you to check.

Top of the Today screen: the Ask button, 2 people asking for a car from the booking page, and a warning that road tax on Perodua Axia WXY 1234 runs out in 9 days.
  2. Wednesday

A car is late, and your phone says so

An hour after the Axia was due back, your lock screen reads "WXY 1234 hasn't come back". Call from the notification, or open the car and message the renter on WhatsApp. Nobody had to remember.

Today, filtered to Back today: the Perodua Axia, plate WXY 1234, rented by Nurul Aina binti Hassan, due back today and fully paid.
  3. Friday

    Half a payment, written down

Amr hands over part of what he owes in cash. Record it, and his page shows what is left: RM 480. When it is time to ask for the rest, WhatsApp him from the same page.

The customer page for Amr Harb: WhatsApp and Call buttons, a box saying he still owes RM 480, and a Record a payment button.
  4. Month end

    Was it a good month?

The Money tab answers with four numbers: collected, owed to you, spent and kept. This one was not: RM 1,910 in, RM 3,225 out. Tap a car to see the same four for that car alone.

The Money screen for this month: RM 1,910 collected, RM 2,760 owed, RM 3,225 spent and minus RM 1,315 kept, under a row of cars to pick from.

On your home screen

What it does not do yet

We would rather tell you now than at the end of a trial.

  • It does not take payments from your customers.

You record cash and transfers yourself, which is how most rental owners here already work.

  • It does not track cars by GPS on its own.

A renter can share their location once, with a link. Continuous tracking needs a tracker fitted to the car.

  • There is no Android app yet.

It is next. For now, DriveFlow runs on iPhone.

  • There is no free plan.

You get 30 days of everything, then you pick a plan. Nothing you entered is lost.

Start with the cars you have

Add your cars in a few minutes and see this month properly. When the 30 days are up you pick a plan, and nothing you entered is lost.
